Perhaps Shawn’s greatest asset is that he is an excellent listener. Before designing and planning a new system for our clients, Shawn listens attentively and carefully to the customer’s needs and concerns. His industry and technical knowledge continues to grow as new technology and techniques advance. He is one of the most highly-recommended energy and HVAC consultants in the industry.
Shawn also graduated from the Peterson School of Steam Engineering for HVAC and Pneumatic controls. He excels in design of HVAC systems and is a member of ACCA and NATE and holds a MA Oil Burner license as well as a Master Sheet Metal license and a NH Gas Fitters license.
Shawn and Kerry live in Westford with their two sons, Danny and Shane. When he is not with his family, he spends his time learning about new technologies that will keep his clients safe and comfortable.

Kerry has been with Nashoba Air & BoilerWorks since the very beginning and previously worked as a program manager in business development with Middlesex Community College in Lowell and Davox Corporation in Acton. She graduated from Fitchburg State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Associates in Business Administration.
She grew up in Westford and still lives there with her husband, Shawn and sons Danny and Shane.
Kerry is a member of ACCA, Service Nation, and the Middlesex Chamber of Commerce. Kerry’s motto is: “Work hard … play hard.” She enjoys traveling, skiing, and indulging in good wine. She loves outdoor activities and spending time with her family and their 7- year old Redbone Coonhound, Copper.

With Nashoba Air & BoilerWorks since 2009, Bruce previously worked as an Installation Expert in the HVAC field. He graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in Computer Science. He is excellent at problem-solving and is our resident Mass Save whiz. A member of the Stony Brook Fish and Game Association, Bruce is passionate about motorsports,cooking, and connecting with people. He has a talent for not only understanding the heating and cooling needs of our clients, but providing them with the right information so they feel good about heating and cooling applications they have selected.
Tom has been with Nashoba Air & BoilerWorks since 2013 and previously served as Grant Manager of the Department of Energy in Lowell MA. Raised in Westford, Tom has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of MA in Amherst. Tom’s expertise includes assisting homeowners with their Mass Save rebates and Heat Loan applications. In 2013, he received recognition from the Lennox Corporation in their Build a Salesperson program. Tom plays guitar and listens to his record collection in his spare time. He is an avid camper and skier (in the White Mountains), and loves science fiction movies and books. He also enjoys trying out lunch spots recommended by Bruce! Tom and his wife, Erin, and Tuckerman (their Great Pyrenees) live in Arlington MA.
Mark oversees the service and installation departments, leaving no stone unturned when it comes to ensure the comfort of our client families. His deep professional HVAC knowledge makes Mark the “go to man” for service and installation questions and concerns. With Nashoba Air & BoilerWorks since 2014, Mark has been in management since 2006 and has served as installer and service technician since 1993. He grew up in Wilmington and graduated from the Shawsheen Technical School in their HVAC Class of 1985. Mark has been married to Bonnie for more than 25 years. They have 14-year old twins – Jordyn, an elite cheerleader, and Jonathan, an avid hockey player. They live in Townsend.
Terry has served in several roles since joining Nashoba Air & BoilerWorks in 2002. Prior to accounts payable, she served as office manager of human resources and supervisor. She attended Northeastern University for accounting and the University of Massachusetts at Lowell for computers and – no surprise – loves working with numbers! She is a member of the Parish Center for the Arts in Westford, the Chelmsford Center for the Arts, and the Merrimack Reserve Corps. Terry enjoys oil and acrylic painting and recently began taking crew lessons, which she finds challenging. She loves family time and boasts of her husband Tom, one son, two daughters and eight grandchildren! She is a proud parent (Kerry’s Mom!) who has watched Nashoba Air & BoilerWorks grow since its very beginning. Terry lives in Westford MA and is looking forward to gradually transitioning into retirement.

Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher
With Nashoba Air & BoilerWorks since 2006, Michelle was raised “next door” in Groton. She graduated from Groton Dunstable Regional High School and worked in customer service almost her entire career — at Johnson’s Drive-in (where she learned to come out of her shell) and at Gervais Ford in the rental department and body shop. According to Michelle herself, she excels at “sarcasm” and enjoys skydiving, Disney, cooking, and rock balancing as hobbies! She has two (handsome) sons, Robert and Ryan and lives in Groton.
Laura came to Nashoba Air & BoilerWorks after several years working in the veterinary field. She decided to take her customer service skills in another direction and now assists our clients in the HVAC industry. With the company since 2015, Laura earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychobiology from the University of New England. She enjoys hanging out with her friends and family and likes photography, painting, and volunteering. She lives in Sterling MA.

Our support staff helps our clients glide through the process, beginning with scheduling a Comfort Consultant visit to processing warranties and seeing that you get whatever utility rebates and tax credits you may be eligible for.
Customer Service Representative, Outbound Sales
Melissa joined Nashoba Air & BoilerWorks in 2016 and previously worked as Installation Coordinator for a local plumbing firm. She attended Northbridge High School and the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth. Melissa excels at writing and communications and is a member of the First Parish Church of Berlin, where she sings in the choir. She also enjoys camping, hiking, and being outdoors. She volunteers with community projects and has a “soft spot” for medieval history.
Brenda has been with Nashoba Air & BoilerWorks since 2010 helping customers on the telephone with a friendly voice and helpful attitude. She is no stranger to service as she worked as a police and fire dispatcher and school bus driver before coming to Nashoba Air. She enjoys spending time with her family: daughter Jackie, son-in-law Pete and their daughter, Evelyn. In her spare time, you might find Brenda on the golf course in Maynard where she lives.

Our installation experts, affectionately known as Techies, are detail-oriented and give their full attention into constructing a high-efficiency heating or cooling system that you and your family can rely on for years to come. Each installation is completed by high-trained technicians who are factory-trained and NATE-certified and who also hold a Massachusetts and New Hampshire Sheet Metal Mechanics license. At Nashoba Air & BoilerWorks, our installation and service experts are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Their expertise includes annual system maintenance, as well as emergency repairs.
At Nashoba Air & BoilerWorks we maintain a fully-stocked and up-to-date warehouse so that we can not only service our clients’ installation and service needs, but also respond to requests for accessory items that our clients need.
