How should I expect during my maintenance or service visit?

Preparation – Prior to your maintenance or service visit, please take the time to clear a path to and around the work area — the heater or condenser. The technician will also need to access your CO detectors and thermostats.

Date Confirmation – We will call you the day before (Friday for a Monday visit) as well as about 10 to 15 minutes prior to the technician’s expected arrival.

Fees and Payment – Maintenance and service fees must be pre-paid by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or personal check. Technicians will seek your approval of any quoted service and repair fees. Our technicians can use their IPads to process credit card payments and can accept personal checks.

Services Provided – Ask us for a brochure or visit our website (nashobaair.com/resources/maintenance agreements) for a list of steps performed during your maintenance visit, as well as benefits and offerings. You are immediately enrolled in our maintenance program and are eligible for member benefits starting with your first visit or paid agreement!
