Our client’s Harvard home was a modern style California open-concept deck house with exposed beams. Installing a conventional air conditioning system without having exposed ductwork was our challenge.
Nashoba Air & BoilerWorks installed a variable speed air handler and a two-stage Lennox system in an alcove area above the master bedroom and the kitchen. We designed a six-way ducted distribution system that allows future serviceability, while keeping all the ductwork unexposed.
The clean lines of this modern home were not compromised and our clients’ new air conditioning system delivers the comfort they desired.
