Our Comfort Consultants are experts at helping you select the best heating and/or cooling application for your home or business. They will visit your location at your convenience and listen to you concerns, ask questions, and give you options to meet your needs.

Tom
Comfort Consultant
Tom has been with Nashoba Air & BoilerWorks since 2013 and previously served as Grant Manager of the Department of Energy in Lowell MA. Raised in Westford, Tom has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of MA in Amherst. Tom’s expertise includes assisting homeowners with their Mass Save rebates and Heat Loan applications. In 2013, he received recognition from the Lennox Corporation in their Build a Salesperson program. Tom plays guitar and listens to his record collection in his spare time. He is an avid camper and skier (in the White Mountains), and loves science fiction movies and books. He also enjoys trying out lunch spots recommended by Bruce! Tom and his wife, Erin, and Tuckerman (their Great Pyrenees) live in Arlington MA.

Jim
Comfort Consultant
Jim previously was a project manager in the construction and storm restoration field. Jim was raised in Danvers MA and is a big sports fan. He enjoys watching and “arguing” about the games with friends. Jim studied business management at Bridgewater State University and is an avid reader, as well as a skier and golfer. Jim, his wife, Suzanne and their three children live in North Andover.

Derek
Service Manager
One of our newer employees, Derek is our Service Manager who comes to us with extensive experience as a technician with a focus on installations and sales management and an expertise in system and duct design. Derek attended Shawsheen Valley Technical High School in Billerica and has been certified by several HVAC manufacturers. He is married to Kristy and they have three children: Travis, Tanner, and Lacey. They enjoy exploring and traveling … especially the beach. He says, “I love working with people and would love to do something with public speaking and coaching!” Stay tuned … who knows what the future holds!

Stephanie
Accounting and Office Manager
Having worked previously as an office manager for both a construction company and a lawn care company, Stephanie came to Nashoba Air & BoilerWorks in February of 2017. She is a Massachusetts born and bred, having lived in Acton and Sterling and attended Middlesex Community College in Bedford. She excels in accounting and human resources and can be a fountain of information on either subject. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and landscaping her yard and is a sports fan, with a special place in her heart for the Boston Red Sox! She is married to Rick and they have four sons: Ryan, Zach, Matt, and Harland.
Service with a Smile
Our receptionist and service reps are genuinely happy to coordinate your service repair and maintenance visits, with a personal target of no less than complete satisfaction. You’ll know they are smiling – you’ll hear it in their friendly greeting and helpful service.

Megan
Customer Service Supervisor
Megan excels in customer service … not just in solving her customers’ issues, but doing it all with a smile. She says, “I hope my smile always shows through the phone! I enjoy helping others.” Megan previously worked in the automotive field in customer service before coming to Nashoba Air & BoilerWorks in 2017. She especially enjoys being outside in or near water, whether it is the ocean, lake, or pool. Even in the winter, she loves the outdoors, “just sliding around on the ice and having fun with her two daughters, Zaylie and Skyla.”

Darcelle
Customer Service Representative
Darcelle was a Customer Service Rep for more than ten years with an answering service and received the Award of Excellence in her field in 2017. She has lived in Lowell all her life and attended Lowell High School and Blaine Beauty School. Her interests and hobbies include hair and makeup as well as horror movies and haunted attractions! She is a loving Godmother to three amazing little ones: Azy, Josiah, and Xavi.
Jazlyn
Customer Service Representative
A resident of Fitchburg MA and a graduate of Fitchburg High School and UMass in Amherst MA, Jazlyn studied Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology. Little did she know that her study of diseases and how they spread would dovetail with a global pandemic! Jazlyn has three classes to complete her studies and hopes to return to school next year. She has worked as a server and bartender at the Amherst Pub while attending college and as an office assistant with customer service as a primary focus. She enjoys hiking Mount Watatic and picnicking at the summit. She loves to read and sing karaoke. Jazlyn has two younger siblings, Alyssa and Connor, and a kitty named Schmidt.

Sara
Customer Service Representative
Sara was born and raised in East Templeton and currently lives in Westminster, but her sense of adventure has taken her to many places in between! For more than six years, Sara was office manager for an outpatient behavioral health group in Wilmington NC, and she also spent time as a CSR for a specialty surgical animal hospital in Wilmington. She attended Fitchburg State University with a study in communications and media, and has lived in Maryland for four years and North Carolina for twelve before moving back to Massachusetts in 2018. Sara describes herself as a “big nerd”; she’s into video games, sci-fi and horror movies, martial arts, fitness and hiking. She also has a passion for cooking and creating new and complex dishes in the kitchen is one of her favorite past-times.

Makenzie
Office Administrator & Bookkeeping
Makenzie has lived in the same house in Littleton since 1968 which she shares with her Grandmother, Mom, Dad, sister Alexis and brother Zachary. She graduated from Littleton High School and earned an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Middlesex Community College. Her specialties are office administration and customer service. Makenzie is a member of the National Honor Society in high school and was awarded the Bronze Medal for the National Etymology Exam. In addition, she is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Golden Key Honor Society. Her interests include writing, reading, painting, and drawing. She and her family enjoy annual family reunions at Disney World. An avid Bruin’s hockey fan, Makenzie She has two cats: Simba and Figaro.
Christina
Customer Service Representative
Christina hails from Fairfield CT but has lived for the last ten years in Boston, where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from Lesley University. She has worked for twelve years in the restaurant industry, most recently in Boston at Island Creek Oyster Bar as Service Manager and at Gaslight Brasserie as Beverage Director. In fact, she has worked nearly every position from host, to bartender, to manager. Her years of managing successful, high-end restaurants gave her fantastic hospitality and customer service skills. Christina has many interests, including painting, ceramic sculpture, and a passion for music, playing the guitar and ukulele, and writing songs. She enjoys jamming with her dad and brother, who are also musicians with whom she shares a love for the Allman Brothers and Grateful Dead songs.
Installation Support Team
Our support staff helps our clients glide through the process, beginning with scheduling a Comfort Consultant visit to processing warranties and seeing that you get whatever utility rebates and tax credits you may be eligible for.

Mandi
Sales Coordinator
Having grown up and attended school in surrounding towns, Amanda (known as Mandi), has skills in customer service, administrative sales, and graphic design. A resident of Ayer, Mandi was raised in Groton and Littleton and attended Nashoba Valley Technical, having graduated in 2007 with a certificate of proficiency in Graphic Communications. Her interests include photography, spending time with family, and “anything outdoors” – camping, fishing, hiking. She loves playing guitar and drawing with ink and charcoal. Mandi has two beautiful daughters, whom she “adores for their polar-opposite personalities.”
Meet Our Service and Installation Techs
Our installation experts, affectionately known as Techies, are detail-oriented and give their full attention into constructing a high-efficiency heating or cooling system that you and your family can rely on for years to come. Each installation is completed by high-trained technicians who are factory-trained and NATE-certified and who also hold a Massachusetts and New Hampshire Sheet Metal Mechanics license. At Nashoba Air & BoilerWorks, our installation and service experts are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Their expertise includes annual system maintenance, as well as emergency repairs.

Makala
Inspection & Installation Coordinator
Prior to joining the Nashoba Air & BoilerWorks team, Makala was an office coordinator and preschool teacher. As Inspection Coordinator, Makala synchronizes the necessary gas, mechanical, sheet metal, and electrical inspections between the customer and the town inspectors, helping to ensure that the process is smooth and efficient. Makala went to Alvirne High School in Hudson NH and Middlesex Community College in Bedford MA. She is an animal lover who has an interesting mix of fur-babies: Bailey, a Mastiff-Lab; Bella, a Chihuahua; and Maxine, a Yorkie-Silky Terrier.

Warehouse
At Nashoba Air & BoilerWorks we maintain a fully-stocked and up-to-date warehouse so that we can not only service our clients’ installation and service needs, but also respond to requests for accessory items that our clients need.

Brian
Warehouse Supervisor
Brian has worked for Cell Treat Scientific Products and for FedEx in Northborough as a warehouse coordinator. In fact, in his first month on the job at FedEx, he was the recipient of their Employee of the Month Award! Brian is a resident of Lunenburg MA and attended Lunenburg High School. He enjoys ice hockey, hiking, and gaming … and does black smithing as a hobby!
