Referred to Nashoba Air and Boiler Works by our plumber when the A/C went on the fritz this past summer. Bruce came and quoted replacement cost and advised us of the MassSave Program. I opted for complete replacement and with the suggested rebates we saved a lot of money. When the day came for work to begin, they showed up on time, were polite and cleaned up the work area when done for the day. They even finished a day earlier than scheduled. Bruce assisted us along the way with answering any questions we had and advising us on upgrades and any special request we had. I questioned each of the employees I met and they all said they enjoyed their job and working for the owner. This is a very important factor for me and gives me faith that when the employees are taken care of, the customers are then taken care of.
We now have a great heating and cooling system that we hardly know is on. Glad for the recommendation, glad we went with this company.

Just had a service visit by Brian from Nashoba Air & Boiler. Brian is a courteous and professional technician who performed the service in a timely fashion.
He also diagnosed an unresolved issue with our system which turned out to be covered under the warranty. They were able to get the part that day and Brian came back later in the afternoon and installed the part, again all covered under warranty. I will request Brian in the future for all of our maintenance/service needs.
