I had a great experience with the technician Ben Harris from Nashoba Air & Boiler Works! I noticed my condenser for my AC was making a strange noise, so I called them and they were able to book me within a few days. They put me on the priority list so I ended up getting a call for them to come earlier. This was my first service with the company but I plan to have all my services done by them now due to their friendliness, communication and organization in booking and executing.
