We recently had an oil home converted to heat pump(s) – splits downstairs and vents/ductwork upstairs. Long story short, we are very happy with the final product. The level of customer service, from install to ongoing support was top notch.

From a support perspective, we have been very very happy. The Team that answers calls and coordinates the work is amazing, and the communication and support by the techs in the field is very good.

There are lots of choices when it comes to converting to a new system. Its a huge undertaking and will require ongoing support. Couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Nashoba. Would highly recommend.
