We had John Collins as our technician for a normal boiler and furnace cleaning/tune-up. He was great! On time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He even went above and beyond to let us know that we should call National Grid because he noticed a gas smell at our meter outside. It was a very small leak but I was grateful that he said something because I was able to get someone from National Grid out to my house that day to fix it as well!

Overall, great company, great service and great technicians.
