Our Heat Pump wasn’t working and Nashoba was the only company I called that had any availability in the next week so I made an appointment for tomorrow. They ended up calling back and sending someone today instead, which was great. Their service call was also less than half the price of one of the businesses I called. The technician was Mike B. and he was great. Very friendly, clearly knowledgeable, kids loved him, nice beard. He diagnosed the problem as a bad thermostat and we’re on our way to having a heated home once again. Very satisfied and thankful. Highly recommend the business and Mike B.
