In our most recent service call, Brian was particlularly helpful: He quickly assessed the problem, reviewed our options, and presented us with a quote outlining the pricing. My loyalty with this company goes back several years when I had them replace a condensate pump. Several failed, and the technician returned to my home with a model that he had observed did not have the same problems as those initially installed. As soon as this pump was in stock, HE initiated the replacement install at no charge to us. This gesture is why I have been a loyal customer for years. I have found all of their technicians to be equally conscientious and honest.
