The stystem costs was : 13, 263.61$
These are the reasons I am very unhappy about this company. Please read carefully and be aware of the problems I have encounter.
When something breaks the service visit will cost you $95.00. I would have no problem paying this only if the technician would know how diagnose the system. So in our last call the tec called the 800 number on the boiler to find out from the manufactures what was the issue. IT MAKES NO SENSE THAT I PAY NASHOBA 95$ FOR THEM TO CALL THE 800 NUMBER ON THE BOILER TO FIND OUT THE ISSUE. i COULD HAVE CALLED THE NUMBER MYSELF AND SAVE 95$!!!!!
Nashoba told me that I WOULD LOSE THE 10 YEAR WARRENTY IF I INSTALLED THE PART MYSELF. THIS IS A LIE!! BE AWARE ! When I called the manufactures they told me that Nahsloba does not hold our warrenty and that the home owner can install the part. I will lose the warranty only if I damage any other parts while installing the broken piece.
I had a meeting with the owner. It was unpleasant and told me the if I did not pay for the service call he would see me in court. What kind of business is this??
During the meeting I got the understanding that if I would have paid to have warrenty on the labor everything was going to be solved. Sure, more money out for the customer.
