We have central air and needed annual service. The company who installed and previously serviced the AC did not respond to my repeated voicemails, so I had to look around for another company. I contacted Nashoba Air and made an appointment. A few days before the appointment I received a confirmation call and the time window was narrowed to an hour. The technician showed up in the early part of the hour and he was terrific! He was polite, professional and patient answering my questions and concerns. Within an hour he had checked out the system (no problems!), replaced the filter and was on his way. He even shut off the attic light and closed the attic stairs. The price was very fair and I will be calling Nashoba Air again next year for the annual service appointment. Customer service, from the initial phone call to the follow up email including my invoice, was top shelf. I’m so glad Nashoba Air provides service to my area. Thank you All!
