During a recent early drop in outside temperatures I placed a service call for no heat, on a Friday morning. The woman taking the call was very understanding and told me if a technician became available she would send someone out.
Given it was Friday, I was not optimistic.
Quite fortunately, a senior technician, Leo Garcia, with 15 + years of experience came to my home to diagnose the problem. Meticulously he went through the process of ruling out potential causes and after replacing a part and retesting, there was still no heat. He consulted with his manager as well as my LP supplier, and the solution was discovered.
Mr. Garcia, even after two plus hours never gave up on finding the problem. He remained patient, calm and fully engaged in the diagnostic process.
