If I was to write a Harvard Business School case study on excellence in customer service, I don’t think that I could choose a better example than what I observed when Nashoba A&B sold us and installed an air conditioning system for our home.
The salesmanship was exceptional. No pressure, honest acknowledgement of completive position, great pricing, hints on reducing cost and attention to detail in providing a quote that was clear and useful.
We ran into some challenges on the installation. Nashoba A&B worked diligently to resolve them, always to our advantage. They have had to come back twice to take care of some follow up items. They were here promptly and resolved the issues completely. Every one of their reps had a smile on their face, even the ones we talked to on the phone. Their attitude of putting the customer first came through on every interaction.
They have set a tough bar for themselves and an even more difficult bar for their competitors.
