They gave me a much higher quote on a heating job than other guy use the same material. End up I go for the other guy, the sales called me and started yelling at me then I hand up. Few days later send me a nasty letter saying I am not giving him any room for profit. Don’t dump on me, just business, can’t believe it. I keep the quote and the nasty letter they send me just in case. The sales is not professional and they are charging more.
