Brian was very helpful on his technical service call. Not only did he correct the problem with the NEST thermostat but also spotted 2 issues with my furnace which he was able to correct during this visit.

This review on a separate call. All of a sudden, the furnace stopped working, i.e. NO HEAT. So Brian shows up on time and after looking at my
furnace, he says I know what is wrong – defective relays. Of course, Dan had the parts in his truck. In 30 minutes, we had heat. Another 5 STARS for Dan.
