Evan, our Technician from Nashoba was outstanding! He texted us ahead of time to let us know his arrival time, which was perfect. He was professional and pleasant. Had all the proper tools and equipment, and clearly knew his trade well. He was VERY informative about the condition of our systems, and explained everything well. My husband was SO impressed, he called the Nashoba Air Office to put in a good word for Evan to the Management. We are very pleased with Nashoba Air as a company, and highly recommend them to all.
